Marty and her staff are the best. The house she sold for us was my 94 year old Mother's house and she had a severe hearing problem but Marty and her staff went out of their way to accommodate her. Do not use this Agent to sell your home. Marty showed up to my Grandmas home today. Attempting to put the home on the market without the consent of both owners of the house. After being asked to leave. Marty stood at the corner of my Grandmothers home with only one of the co-owners of the home and her children. Gossiping like a child with a smirk on her face. Along with preventing anyone from leaving the home. Suggesting that they “ try to enter the home through the back gate/yard”. Then After being asked to leave a second time and not leaving. The police department had to be called. In order for Marty to vacate the premises. This is highly unprofessional. As a real estate agent of her degree and expertise. She should know that in order to sell a home. Both owners need to come into an agreement. Marty what you did today was unprofessional. You need to speak to both owners next time and be in communication with both. Being that you are friends with only one of the owners of my Grandmothers home. As a real estate agent. You should know that you can not be one sided. Speak to both owners next time. I’m sure you know the law.
